Production and Commercial Firm NK, CJSC

The laboratory of JSC "Production and Commercial Firm "NK" is equipped with advanced equipment, measuring instruments, and qualified personnel with relevant experience, enabling them to perform a comprehensive range of necessary tests.

The laboratory develops new types of refractory products, construction concretes, and their production technologies, and provides a wide range of services for testing construction materials both in the laboratory and on-site.

A laboratory equipped with additional equipment necessary for testing high-alumina cement, reactive alumina, and refractory concrete was created at JSC "PKF "NK" in collaboration with Belgorod State University.

The testing laboratory also includes five mobile units.

These units are an excellent solution when it is necessary to carry out certain activities in areas located far from the main location.

Mobile construction laboratories effectively address quality control issues, providing the necessary conditions for the following types of inspection:

Incoming inspection, including testing of raw materials for compliance with regulatory requirements.
Operational control ensures full compliance of production with the requirements defined by process charts and internal instructions. At this stage, the mixture preparation process and its properties are checked.
Final (acceptance) control – studies that determine the final properties of the finished material and its suitability for use.

The testing laboratory operates within the framework of Russian Federation law and holds an accreditation certificate.
